4 x Focus sessions
(4 x 1 hour at intervals of between 2 and 4 weeks)
Receive one to one coaching on the areas you feel are most important for improving your wellbeing - Generate achievable action plans - Move towards your wellbeing goals.
Review session (1 hour)
Look at the outcomes from your Focus sessions - Celebrate your successes - Identify learnings - Equip yourself to take this forward on your own or with coaching support.
